My name is Dana Zumwalt, and I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2003.  I specialize in firm- pressure  therapeutic massage, sports massage, and myofascial release to help chronic pain, restore mobility, and improve overall function.

 

My massage style is slower and intentional, allowing me to feel how your muscles and fascia respond so I can effectively release tension, lengthen tight tissues, and create results that last beyond the session.  I also incorporate work along the body's meridian pathways to encourage balance and support the natural flow of energy throughout the body.

Reiki Energy work is naturally woven into many of my massage sessions.  I believe our body and soul already know what they need for healing.  My role is simply to create a safe, peaceful space and serve as a conduit through which that healing energy can flow.

 

Many clients share meaningful experiences during or after their sessions, whether it's a sense of deep peace, emotional release, clarity, or personal insight.  While these experiences are unique to each individual, I don't interpret or direct them - they belong entirely to you and your own healing journey.  I simply hold the space and allow the process to unfold.  

 

My goal is for every client to leave feeling lighter, restored, and more connected to both body and soul.
